Location was perfect, staff were very courteous and helpful. Shuttle busses to our event left from right in front.

Great central location, room was immaculate with extras facilities (microwave, crockery, etc). Room was immaculate and very comfortable, staff were great.

Location was great. It is walking distance to most of the attractions in the CBD.
Areas for improvement:
There were a few steps leading to the hotel entrance. It was quite difficult to lift our luggage.
